On May 1, 2015, Ball Corporation issued a profit forecast announcement in accordance with Rule 28 of the United Kingdom City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the Code) in connection with the publication of its first quarter earnings and related conference call, which included a statement comprising a profit forecast pursuant to the Code.
