Jay Billings
Senior Vice President & President, Growth Ventures
Jay Billings has served as President, Growth Ventures at Ball Corporation since 2024. In this role, he oversees the Personal Home Care (PHC) division as well as strategic growth ventures for the company. He joined the company in 2006, and has held various roles across commercial, innovation, marketing and business development.
Prior to his current role, Billings was President of Ball Aerosol Packaging from 2021 to 2024, overseeing operations, market development, and product innovation across the aerosol sector. From 2015 to 2021, he served as Vice President, Commercial, North & Central America Beverage, where he led sales, marketing, innovation, and strategic planning efforts.
Earlier, he was Vice President, Global Innovation and North America Marketing, driving global innovation strategy and beverage marketing. Billings holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and earned his MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Carey Causey
Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer
Carey Causey has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Growth Officer at Ball Corporation since 2024. Since joining the organization in 2014, Causey has held a series of leadership positions across all three regions of the business in marketing, strategy and commercial operations.
From 2021 to 2024, she served as President of Beverage Packaging EMEA. Prior, she was Vice President, Commercial for Beverage Packaging South America from 2018 to 2020, and Vice President, Marketing, Business Development and Strategy for Beverage Packaging North & Central America from 2016 to 2018. She began her tenure at Ball as Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development for Beverage Packaging North & Central America from 2014 to 2016.
Before joining the company, Causey served in various sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing roles at MWV, The Mosaic Company and Cargill, Inc. She earned her MBA from the University of South Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Virginia Tech.
Ted Doering
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Ted Doering has served as Chief Information Officer at Ball Corporation since 2025. He brings extensive experience in digital transformation and IT leadership from previous roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Berry Global and Chief Digital Officer at Emerson.
During his tenure at Emerson, Ted also served as Group Chief Information Officer for Emerson Automation Solutions and held leadership positions in eBusiness, IT, and customer service across multiple business units. Doering earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Mandy Glew
Senior Vice President & President, Beverage Packaging EMEA
Mandy Glew serves as President, Beverage Packaging EMEA at Ball Corporation, a role she has held since 2024. She previously served as Vice President, Commercial for the region from 2020 to 2024.
Before joining Ball, Mandy spent 23 years with Procter & Gamble in a variety of leadership roles across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing and general management. Her positions included Vice President Commercial Operations for Northern Europe, Vice President & Managing Director Market Operations for the Nordic region, Vice President Sales for the Nordic region, and Senior Director Sales in the UK.
Mandy holds a Ph.D. and BSc in Chemistry from the University of Hull. She completed managerial finance studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Hannah Lim-Johnson
Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Hannah Lim-Johnson joined Ball Corporation as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in 2023. She previously held the same role at Meritor from 2020 to 2021 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Kelly Services from 2017 to 2020. Prior, she was Deputy General Counsel, Chief Litigation Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at PSEG from 2016 to 2017.
Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at The ADT Corporation, Tyco International, Weitz & Luxenberg P.C., and serving as Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General’s office. She earned her JD from Rutgers University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Illinois.
Ron Lewis
Chief Executive Officer
Ron Lewis became Chief Executive Officer of Ball Corporation in 2025 after joining the company in 2019. He previously served as Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer from 2024 to 2025 and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for global beverage packaging from 2021 to 2024. Earlier, he led Ball’s beverage packaging business in EMEA as President from 2019 to 2020.
Before joining Ball, Lewis built an extensive career at The Coca-Cola Co. and its affiliates, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Supply Chain Officer at Coca-Cola European Partners, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., and Chief Procurement Officer at The Coca-Cola Co. His experience spans procurement, operations and general management across North America and Europe.
Lewis earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and an MBA with concentrations in operations, marketing and finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Kathleen Pitre
Senior Vice President & President of North and Central America
Kathleen Pitre has served as President of Beverage Packaging North and Central America at Ball Corporation since 2021. She joined the company in 2003, holding leadership roles across business operations, sustainability and communications.
Previously, she was Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer for Global Beverage Packaging from 2019 to 2021 and Vice President of Communications and Corporate Relations from 2015 to 2019. Earlier roles include Director of Corporate Relations and Executive Director of The Ball Foundation from 2014 to 2015.
Pitre began her career at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corporation, where she held various roles in communications. She holds a master’s degree in technical communication and a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Colorado State University.
Daniel Rabbitt
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Rabbitt has served as Chief Financial Officer of Ball Corporation since 2025. Since joining Ball in 2004, he has held a series of senior leadership positions across corporate planning, development and global operations. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development from 2024 to 2025 and Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development from 2016 to 2024.
Earlier in his career at Ball, he led the Global Aerocan business as Vice President and General Manager from 2015 to 2016 and oversaw Ball Aerocan operations in the Americas from 2012 to 2015. Rabbitt’s tenure also includes key roles in corporate strategy and development from 2004 to 2012.
Before joining Ball, he co-founded Mountain Union Telecom, LLC, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2004. Prior, he held leadership roles in corporate development at Telecom Towers and in finance at Bank of America (formerly NationsBank). He earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University.
Courtney Reynolds
Vice President, Global Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs
Courtney Reynolds has served as Vice President, Global Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs at Ball Corporation since 2019. In this role, she leads global communications, government relations, strategic partnerships and corporate citizenship.
Prior to joining Ball, Reynolds was Vice President, Communications & Corporate Affairs at Northwestern Mutual from 2014 to 2019. Previously, she held leadership roles in communications, strategic planning, and business development at ITT Corporation and Exelis Inc. (currently L3Harris).
She began her career at Carter Ryley Thomas Public Relations (currently Padilla) where she led the Reputation, Change & Culture practice. Reynolds holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an executive MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Scott Vail
Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officer
Scott Vail was named Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officer at Ball Corporation in 2025, responsible for leading the company’s global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and operational excellence organizations. Vail joined Ball in 2021 as Vice President, Operations for Beverage Packaging North and Central America, and in 2024 was appointed Vice President, Global Head of Operational Excellence, where he led the enterprise-wide deployment of Ball Operational Excellence.
Prior to joining Ball, Vail served as President of Metal Container Corporation from 2019 to 2021, where he oversaw seven manufacturing facilities and commercial relationships. Earlier in his career, he held various senior roles in engineering, maintenance and operations strategy at AB InBev. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Fauze Villatoro
Senior Vice President & President, Beverage Packaging South America
Fauze Villatoro joined Ball Corporation in 2016 and currently serves as President of Beverage Packaging South America at Ball Corporation, a role he has held since 2022. Previously, he was Vice President, Commercial for Beverage Packaging South America from 2020 to 2022 and Vice President, Integrated Business Planning from 2017 to 2020. From 2016 to 2017, he was Regional Manager for Beverage Packaging South America.
Before joining Ball, he spent nearly a decade at Rexam in South America, where he held various leadership positions. His earlier experience includes roles with Alcan Packaging Beauty in Brazil and Think Tank Consulting GmbH in Germany. Villatoro holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from IBMEC, Brazil, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidade São Francisco, Brazil.
